Sophie's Cuban Cuisine

I order a number items and the items received was not correct. I called the establishment and discussed the issues and they send an entire new order within 10 minutes. The professional with Sophie's it too notch. Thank you.

Just had a really great customer service with Sophie's. My order was packed improperly and sauce permeated the brown paper bag, so when I took the bag out of the plastic, it split, sending sauce and food all over me and my desk. I called the store and Tom the manager was responsive, apologetic, and made it right. Excellent food, quick delivery, and superior customer service!

Came in about half the estimated time, fast delivery. Sandwich was slightly on the soggy side but that is expected when ordering delivery so no complaints there. Food was good and warm, I got the cuban sandwich although meat could have been a touch more tender. The green sauce and garlic sauce were great I could drink that stuff. I would highly recommend it.

This food is amazing!!! Im new to this restaurant, its located near my new job. Ive ordered this shrimp with garlic sauce twice, both times sooo good, and the Maduros very soft and sweet. Thank you Sophies, I am now a loyal customer. Delivery wait is not very long thank goodness , the food comes warm.

I picked up my order. It was simple and fast. The servings are plentiful enough for multiple people at least 2-3. The empanadas were very good I tried them all. The green plantains were not my favorite item. The green hot sauce is misleading in flavor and heat. Overall I had a good experience.

I was nervous because I placed a large order <30 min before their closing time... But the food hot and delicious... The order was correct and on time... And the delivery person was nice, professional, and friendly... 5+ stars
